Oakland CX-1025 Capacitance Gauge Profiler with AutoCal and Parallelism Adjustable Anvil

Oakland’s Model CX-1025 Gauge profiler is the industry standard for high resolution non-metallic film and sheet profiling. Designed for rugged dependability and ease-of-use, the CX-1025 can help solve the toughest thickness deviation problems. The patented AutoCal^TM Contact Probe with parallelism-adjustable anvil can be used independently, for high-accuracy point-to-point (discrete) contact thickness profiling of your thin films or laminate materials (< 25 microns/1 mil).

Oakland CX-1200 Quality Control Software

Oakland’s Model CX-1200 Process Control Software includes versatile set-up screens allows operators to select a wide range of configurations, save results and overlay results for comparison. Compatible with all

CX series gauge profilers, results can be displayed as linear plots, polar plots for the blown film industry, advanced statistical data compilation and Fourier series analysis to detect trends not easily visible by visual inspection of the profile results.

Test results can be archived or exported capability to Excel^TM, Access^TM, Hertzler Systems, and other popular third-party software packages.

Oakland Accumulator Sample Guide

Add Oakland’s swing-arm style accumulator to maintain constant tension, reduce wrinkles and deliver more consistent test results. Stand can accommodate 60 to 850 cm (2 to 28 ft) sample length up to 12 cm (5 inches) wide.
