Oakland DT-1000 Series Strip Sample Cutter
The DT-1000 series dual-blade sample cutter utilizes precision ground blades in a shearing-cut action to produce samples with smooth, parallel edges. The three models can prepare strip samples up to 260, 310 and 360 mm (10.2, 12.2 and 14.2 inch) lengths. Wear resistant cutting blades are manufactured from tool steel through harden to Rockwellc 62. Sample width tolerance ± 0.013 mm (0.0005 inches). Standard dual-blade strip cutters are available in 25 mm and 1 inch widths. Custom widths are available up to 150 mm (6 inches) wide.

Add magnetic specimen grips to ensure perfect edges with thin or slippery samples, even when folded to cut multiple specimens with one stroke.
