Mitutoyo 543-552 Digimatic ABSOLUTE Indicator with Adjustable Dial Gauge Stand

Packaged for film, paper and sheet thickness measurement, the Series 543 Digital Indicator with Model  7007 Dial Gauge stand are an ideal complement to your laboratory or plant floor bench for spot checks of thickness or caliper.
The Series 543 Digital Indicator – economical, easy-to-use indicator, stand and contact foot for film and sheet thickness spot checks with digital thickness resolution to 1.3 micron (0.05 mil) and a measurement range up to 12.7 mm (0.5 inch). Externally powered back-lit screen changes from green to red when measurement is outside user specified tolerances.

Choose from a variety of options including spindle lifting lever (shown in photo), parallelism adjustable anvil and other accessories to meet a wide range of application requirements.

Add a computer and Oaklands DAQ-MIC Software and Interface Module for thickness profiling, graphical displays and data reporting.

Compatible with all Mitutoyo 543 series digital indicators. Software displays linear profile. Upon completion of measurements, software reports High, Low, Range, Average and Standard Deviation (1 sigma). Data can be sent to printer or saved for future reference. Requires SPC connecting cable and USB input tool cable to communicate with a computer.
