Oakland Single Zone Heat Sealers with Quick Change Capability
The Model 12AS/1 Heat Sealers is ideal for a variety of applications including material testing, extruded film evaluation, and Quality Control testing. The optional “Quick-Change” sealing bar feature easily allows creating seals in a wide variety of widths. Includes temperature and pressure fault & reset controls, seal time short cycle alarm & reset, plus selectable output connections for seal parameter recording and calibration. Perfect for a broad range of industries including film manufacturers, converters, and consumer product manufacturers / packagers. This heat sealer is a single-zone sealer, offering control of seal temperature, seal pressure, and sealing time; and is foot switch operated for convenience. These refurbished heat sealers come with a full 2-year warranty.
The 12ASL/1 (photo on left) is a constant-heat style bar sealer with fully adjustable heating timer, adjustable seal bar pressure and adjustable temperature for the sealing bars. Heating is controlled by varying the bar temperature and dwell (contact) time. Separate digital temperature controllers for applying heat to upper and lower seal bars.
